Your order will be prepared for shipping within two days upon receipt of your payment. You will receive a tracking number from us shortly thereafter, allowing you to track your artwork as it gets closer to your wall.
If you are not completely satisfied with your artwork, or if the work you have received was damaged during transportation, we are happy to arrange pick-up free of charge within 7 days of receipt of the work.
We will fully refund you the purchase price of your art. We will process the refund once we have received the artwork and made sure that it is in good condition. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund you the original shipping costs.
HOW DO I RETURN THE ARTWORK?
If you’re in the San Francisco Bay Area we will organize a courier to pick it up. Just let us know what day/time would be convenient and we’ll arrange things from there.
If you’re located outside of the San Francisco Bay Area, we’ll arrange a courier and send you the necessary address labels to attach to your package. Make sure the artwork is securely packaged for transport, using the original packaging.
